Description:	Fourth in a new series of games on Modern map. Rules: TOUCH_PRESS, MYOPIC(!), BLIND. Timing: On weekdays, moves only Tuesdays and Thursdays. Late powers: SMART_CD is not enabled, because it spoils the blind game experience. However, a player that is frequently late will be resigned. Please use the SET ABSENCE e−mail command or notify the GM sufficiently early that you will not be able to submit orders. Origin of Name:	In the first series games were named after capitals of great powers. Now the games will be named after other cities which are also supply centers.
