Description:  Welcome to Titus a fast−paced high ontime ratio game.

This is a no press Imperial game with 48 hour deadlines occurring on weekdays only. For rules and map of the Imperial variant check http://www.floc.net/dpjudge/?page=about:imperial

The game is set to NO_PRESS, therefore your actions are your words. Before you sign on, please be sure to read the rules for each of the flags enabled in this game and understand this game will probably run about one and a half to two years until a winner is determined.

This game is conducted under standard EP House Rules: http://www.diplom.org/DipPouch/Email/ep.house.rules.txt The following special rules also govern this game:

1. Do not abandon this game. A willing abandonment will immediately imply the presence of your name in my blacklist.

2. This game requires that you maintain a decent ontime ratio. Do not hold up the game by being late. In the interest of maintaining timely play for all players in this game, the GM must eject any player who has been late more than 20% of the time in this game and has already been late 4 times or more.

3. At the end of the game the GM may poll his players about whom in the game they would or would not play again.

4. If you need an absence during the game, you should do this on your own by submitting a 'set absence' command to the judge (dpjudge@floc.net) in the following format:

signon your_power@titus your_password
set absence 15 Dec TO 27 Dec 2009
signoff

Just be sure that you have requested your absence well before you need it because the judge will not accept an absence request that starts before the current deadline.

5. COASTAL CONVOY: Fleets in coastal locations (in addition to those on water) may issue and perform convoy orders. Essentially, this rule causes all COAST spaces to be treated as if they were PORT spaces.

6. PORTAGE CONVOY: Armies may "convoy" fleets overland from one coastal space to another. Note that a fleet that is portaged through an army that is adjacent to a multi−coast province may end its move on any coast of that province. Just as with orders that support fleets moving to multi−coast provinces, (portage) convoy orders given to armies may not specify any destination coast for the fleet being moved. (Only the fleet's move order may specify its destination coast.)

For additional information, please consult the many excellent resources on the DipPouch web site: http://devel.diplom.org/DipPouch/

Enjoy your game!
